Pusaka Bumi Transport didirikan pada tahun 2012 sebagai divisi alat berat Blue Bird Group dengan truk BELAZ sebagai produk unggulannya. Didirikan pada tahun 1948 dan memproduksi mesin untuk pengolahan gambut, konstruksi jalan dan industri reklamasi. Sejak tahun 1958 BELAZ telah meluncurkan produksi dump truck pertambangan tugas berat.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- Proven 3 years experience as a recruitment specialist or supervisor role, in mining industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools for recruitment and administrative task
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team
- Able to operate Ms Office
- Placement in Head Office Jakarta
Job Responsibility
- Identify projects needs to create technical plan on searching the candidates and fulfill as the projects needs and timeline
- Conduct end to end recruitment process from searching candidate, selection, and hiring administration
- Conduct Induction for new hire
- Coordination with related Departement to prepare hiring processes
- Maintain new employees data and administration process
- Responsible for filling and checking recruitment documents
