Job Overview :
- Drafting, administrating, and organizing the work load of human resources planning and policy responsibility
- Interpreting the document of human resources planning and policy
- Representing as the human resources policy regulator
- Preparing, evaluating, and updating the draft master plan and road map related to the preparation of employee regulations
- Preparing the draft work programs and budgets related to the preparation of employee regulations and employee remuneration
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree education majoring in Law, English, human resources, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Fluent in English as proved by official test certificate
- Experienced in the human resources of planning and policy is prioritized
