IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Create project scope and make schedule project
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and well versed generate reports for project update and presentation
  • Report status and progress project
  • Manage multiple projects at one time
  • Keep track of a project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferable Information Technology.
  • Having minimum 2 years of working experience as Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Project Engineer / Planning & Scheduling Engineer in IT / Banking Company
  • Experienced handle IT Infra and Network projects, also Having knowledge of #IT #Infrastructure and #Networking
  • Detail in Administration & Documentation Skill
  • Understand end-to-end of Project Management work flow & procedure
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Understanding #Agile #Scrum, #SDLC implementation
  • Fast Learner and able to work under pressure and independent
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (#JIRA, #Trelo, #Monday, etc)
  • Organizational and time-management skill
  • Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing
