Fleet Asset Admin
Job description :
- Ensure all SPX units have active GPS device installed
- Create GPS device installation plan for new units
- Monitor the availability and validity of documents for each GPS device
- Ensure the GPS device contracts are still valid
- Update all GPS data in real time
- Communicate with vendors & relevant stakeholder for GPS repair & installation vehicle procurement and extension of vehicle documents
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- 1 year experience as Operations Staff in the logistic industry / transportation management
- Good communication skill
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes
- Able to use Ms. Office & Google Workspace
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
