Responsibilities :
- Managing and compiling employee data and administration personal updates as well in Compensation and Benefits with the level of authority and supporting the availability of timely payroll services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree any major
- Having minimum 1-3 years of experience as Supervisor on Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Operation & Service
- Understand about BPJS TK & BPJS Kesehatan
- Handling PPH 21
- Having experience in empolyee attendance
- Familiar with HRIS System
- Master in using Ms. Excel
- Familiar with current Labor Rules/Regulation
