Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting production control system
- Troubleshooting problems hardware, software, network
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers, and scanner
- Serve as the first point of contact forclients seeking technical assistance overthe phone or Gmail
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Able to coordinate with operational teams and users
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow up and update user status and informatior
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, computer science/information technology orequivalent
- Have experience on IT Support/IT Helpdesk for min 2 years (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Age between 20-30 years old
- Having good communication skill
- Having knowledge of it hardware, network/LAN, Internet, Server, Windows, office, including installation and troubleshooting
- Have responsibilities on own work
- Easily adapt to changing situation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
