Bandung, January 17, 2025 — Universitas Indonesia Membangun (INABA), through its Career Center and Tracer Study unit, successfully held the CV and Portfolio Creation Training Workshop Batch 1 on Friday, January 17, 2025. The event took place at INABA’s Computer Laboratory and was attended by final-year students and alumni from the Accounting and Management programs.
The workshop featured professional speaker Jammy, S.E., Director of PT. Joint Center Corporindo, who shared insights and experiences on how to create a professional CV and an effective portfolio aligned with current industry demands. The material included tips on structuring and writing an engaging CV, building a portfolio that highlights achievements, and crafting personal branding through job application documents.
Beyond theory, participants engaged in hands-on practice by creating their own CVs and portfolios, including ATS-friendly versions that are optimized for digital recruitment systems. This practical session was a crucial component, allowing participants to immediately apply what they had learned with direct guidance from the expert.
Post-event surveys revealed that over 85% of participants expressed satisfaction with the content and delivery of the workshop. Many reported a boost in self-confidence when applying for jobs and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of personal branding in the professional world. Impressively, 99% of participants recommended that similar workshops be held again in the future.
“This training really helped me understand how to create a CV and portfolio that truly reflects my capabilities. I hope there will be a follow-up session focusing on job interview techniques,” said one of the participants.
