Bandung, January 31, 2025 โ€” Universitas Indonesia Membangun (INABA) has once again demonstrated its commitment to preparing students and alumni for the workforce through the Training Interview Batch 1: Prepare Yourself For a Bright Future! held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the INABA Psychology Lab. The training targeted final-year students and alumni who are preparing to enter the job market. During the event, participants experienced live interview simulations and received psychological guidance from experienced facilitators such as Rifqi Farisan Akbar, M.Psi., and Pratidina Ekanesia, M.Psi., a Certified Professional Career Educator. With a format that closely resembled real job interviews, participants were evaluated not only on their communication skills and body language but also received personal feedback on how to improve their answers, manage stress, and build confidence. The training was conducted effectively and interactively. Most participants found the session to be highly beneficial. Evaluation results showed significant positive impact, with 96% of participants stating that the feedback session from facilitators greatly helped them improve their interview techniques. Additionally, 87% felt they now understood how to respond to interview questions more professionally, and 85% reported feeling more confident in facing job selection processes after attending the workshop. โ€œThis training made me realize the communication weaknesses I had. With direct feedback, I now know exactly what to work on to perform better during interviews,โ€ said one participant. INABAโ€™s Career Center hopes that this training will serve as a solid foundation for students and alumni to face the increasingly competitive job market. Future workshops are planned to have longer practice sessions and reach a wider range of participants.
