Bandung, February 14, 2025 — Universitas Indonesia Membangun (INABA), through its Career Center and Tracer Study unit, successfully held the "Psychological Test – Batch 1" on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Room C.12, INABA Campus. The event aimed to help students and alumni map out their career direction through a combination of self-assessment and career coaching. The workshop was facilitated by Prinska Damara Sastri, M.Psi., Psychologist, CPCE, along with two psychology students as assistant facilitators. The training was conducted in an interactive and in-depth manner, allowing each participant to receive personalized and intensive guidance. During the session, participants were encouraged to explore their personal strengths and career obstacles, and were trained to develop concrete steps to overcome challenges such as low self-confidence, lack of skills, and emotional barriers. Through group discussions, independent practice, and reflection, participants were able to formulate strategic personal development plans. Evaluation results showed that 92% of participants felt more confident in making career decisions, and 95% stated that the training method greatly helped them in planning their future careers. “This activity opened my eyes to personal challenges I hadn't realized before. I now feel more prepared and confident in making decisions about my career path,” said one of the participants. This workshop is part of INABA’s ongoing career development programs designed to equip graduates with mental readiness and practical strategies to face the workforce. The organizing team hopes to continue holding similar events regularly, with more participants and extended coaching sessions in the future.
